Description
Conversion of an existing informal wastewater brine discharge channel to an engineered sump and pump out pond allowing client to collect and pump waste brine form its harvesting ponds back to the first stage concentration ponds, increasing production and avoiding brine discharge to the sea. Deepening of pond by removal of 5000m3 of material.
The main scope of works included:
- Excavator – based dredging
- Construction of rock revetments
